What payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Master card, Visa, Maestro, visa electron and JCB). We also accept PayPal.

How do I return an item?

Can I change my order?

We pride ourselves on a fast dispatch service so if you wish to change your order please contact us ASAP by customersupport@exciteclothing.com or press the contact us button on the site.

How do I use a voucher code?

To use a promotional code you need to click the checkout button when you have finished selecting your items, you will then be taken to the checkout page on this page where you will find an area asking if you have a gift certificate or coupon. Just add your code in this area and click the update basket button, your amended total will now appear.

The item I wish to buy is out of stock?

We understand how frustrating it is when an item you wish to purchase is out of stock.  We update our stock every week so there is a good chance the stock will be added back on. You can also email us at customersupport@exciteclothing.com or press the contact us button on the site to check if and when the item will be back in stock.

I need some more information on an item?

If you require any information such as measurements please just email us at customersupport@exciteclothing.com or press the contact us button on the site. Make sure to let us know what the style name or number is and also what size you may be interested in.

Do I need an account to purchase something from you?

No you do not need to sign up but most of our customers prefer to do so, if you do not have an account you would have to input your details every time you wish to place a purchase with us. Account members also have the privilege of promotions and offers.
