We understand if sometimes you may wish to return an item to us, to do so please follow the steps below
- Fill out the required information on the returns form posted out to you with your item. If you have misplaced this form or make an error whilst filling it out just write your name, address, email address and if known the order number onto a slip of paper.
- Repack the item including the completed returns form.
- Add the address from the returns form to the parcel. If you have misplaced the returns form the address is as below:

- Take you parcel to your postal service provider and post back to us. We advise that you send the item with a tracked service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as you will be provided with a tacking number which will trace the item back to us. Once your item has been posted the responsibility of the parcel is with the postal service until it has reached our offices. We can take no responsibility for items that are lost within the postal system.
Please tick the correct box on the returns form if you wish to exchange an item and indicate in the space provided what size exchange you require. We can only exchange the same item in a different size we cannot exchange one item for a differing item to the one purchased. Refunds and returns will be processed when our returns department have received and checked the item. You have up to 14 days to return the item back to us. Please make sure the item is in its original, unworn condition with all tags still attached before returning.
